Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Times (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high order volume.


Shipping Cost

Shipping within the United States is FREE.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order ships.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout.
Grip to Green is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at patrickkappaz@me.com.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Grip to Green is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is missing after delivery confirmation:

  1. Check with neighbors

  2. Check around your mailbox and porch

  3. Contact your local post office

  4. Then email us at patrickkappaz@me.com if you still need help


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at patrickkappaz@me.com.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
